Delivery and Assembly

Delivery– 

For our direct delivery areas all KidsRoom.VIP furniture products are delivered directly to the interior of your home.  We open the boxes to ensure your new furniture is in perfect condition.  Delivery time is typically 3 business days, depending on your location and our delivery schedule, and we require I.D. and signature at the time of delivery.  (See “Delivery Area Search” bar for delivery areas).  We are a custom furniture and mattress store dedicated to the consumers of Southern California, Northern California, Las Vegas, New York, Baltimore, Philidelphia, Washington D.C., and Beyond. In addition to our outstanding customer service, we offer specialized delivery and assembly personnel whom are fully trained and more than Happy to meet your accommodations. We do have a custom shipping program to locations outside our delivery areas; call or email to receive your shipping quote. Free* In-Home Delivery for all orders over $500! (*Southern California delivery area only, zip code restrictions apply.) Free in-home delivery does not apply to fee incurred areas or shipped products outside our normal delivery areas. Assembly– 

From our offices to your Beautiful Home; we offer complete White Glove Service. Our trained staff will deliver to your home and completely assemble KidRoom.VIP products in the room of your choice, then remove all the packaging.  We offer this service to take the assembly guesswork and headaches out of your life. We also ensure the products are undamaged and properly assembled according to the manufacturers specifications.  Assembly services are a small additional flat fee of $50 which includes removal of all packaging
