HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?

After you make your purchase we will contact you to schedule a delivery.  We usually deliver within 3 business days depending on your location and our pre-scheduled deliveries. We will also schedule a delivery for you any time in advance.  Whether you prefer in house delivery or complete white glove service, the delivery will be handled by well trained professionals. HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Delivery to Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County (LA Metro), San Diego County, are FREE for minimum purchases of $501 (before tax). Certain zip codes are excluded from free delivery, Please use the “Delivery Area Locater” for exact quotes.  Call or email for Extended Riverside County, San Bernardino County, San Diego County, Ventura County. WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY AREA?

Los Angeles area, “LA Metro”, delivery includes Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside County. San Diego County, “SD Metro”.  Please contact us for the most updated rate for Extended San Diego County.

We also deliver to the following areas for a small additional fee:  Las Vegas, San Francisco, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington D.C., and New York.  Please contact us for the most updated rate for these areas.

WHAT ABOUT ASSEMBLY?

Most of our products can be assembled for a small fee of $50 which includes package removal. Some items require extensive assembly time and incur an extra fee. If necessary, the fee is listed on the item description. If your product is being shipped to you then we do not include assembly.

CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE THE FURNITURE?

ARE FINISH COLORS ACCURATE?

We do our best to accurately show the finish colors of each piece we carry by using Ultra HD pictures, however, colors can vary by personal perceptions, monitor type and age, video card differences and printing variations.

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY/GUARANTEE POLICY?

All Products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty which vary according to manufacturer.  We strive to carry quality furniture that will very rarely require utilization of the manufacturer’s warranty.  Please contact us for help with warranty issues for products you purchased through KidsRoom.VIP. WHO HANDLES CUSTOMER SERVICE?

We strive to provide the finest customer service, carry quality brands and deliver your new furniture in perfect condition. If you need service on products, we will do everything we can to help you. WHAT IF Y MERCHANDISE ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We deliver and inspect all our furniture upon arriving to you. If you receive your order as a shipment, and, in the rare situation that you experience damage in your shipment, please be sure to note it on the shipping paperwork you sign and contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement or replacement parts to be rushed out. We will take the quickest route to remedy the situation. WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

All our products are custom ordered for our valuable customers. As soon as the order is placed, we initiate the sequence of events which ultimately results in you receiving product you ordered. Since all our products are custom ordered, at the very beginning of this sequence, KidsRoom.VIP and its respective customer become financially obligated to purchase and pay for the ordered product. We at KidsRoom.VIP try to remain the most customer friendly store and will attempt to assist you in cancellation of your order. We will contact the manufacturer and make all the necessary arrangements, but, unfortunately even we are not able to cancel any orders which have been already prepared for shipment or actually shipped by the manufacturer. Please, note that even if the tracking number is not available to us or you at the time you request cancellation of your order; it might actually be already too late. WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

ALL SALES FINAL, NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES. If you are offered a full refund for your order there will fees to accept the return by the manufacturer; typically, a 35% restocking fee minus all shipping/delivery fees.  The refund will be processed to you after the item is received back by the warehouse. Assembled Furniture cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. All returned or exchanged products must be in original condition and packaging, otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Furthermore, certain products cannot be returned because neither we nor our suppliers can take them back such as mattresses. Merchandise received in good condition is not returnable or cancelable, no refunds are available. Merchandise Sold “As is” or “Clearance” is FINAL and will not be eligible for warranty, exchange, allowance, refund or service. All claims of defect must be received in writing within 48 hours of delivery and will be reviewed and if approved it will at our discretion to be repaired or replacement.
