KidsRoom.VIP uses PayPal as its preferred method of payment and ease of use for our customers. As of 14-October-2019 PayPal will no longer reverse its fees on refunds. Please contact us to check inventory before paying for a order through PayPal. If it is necessary to give you a refund for an item that is not in stock PayPal will no longer refund the fees to the purchasing party and KidsRoom.VIP is not responsible for any PayPal fees. Please remember to contact us before submitting payment.
Content and Pricing Information
ALL SALES FINAL, NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES
If for a customer service or other issue you are offered a refund for your order in the full amount of your order less all delivery charges and a 35% restocking fee to accept the return of the item by the manufacturer will be processed to you after the item is received back by the warehouse.
Buyer agrees to complete payment on schedule, or proceeds of prior payment(s) towards layaway will be forfeited. NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS on layaways.
- Please, do not assemble the furniture that you might be returning or exchanging since furniture assembled by customer cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
- Any item opened out of packaging before transport cannot be returned or exchanged and voids 48 hour window to report damage or defect.. Any pieces opened out of packaging cannot be taken back or stored by KidsRoom.VIP.
- All returned or exchanged products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Additionally, certain products cannot be returned because neither we nor our suppliers can take them back.
- Merchandise received in good condition is not returnable or cancelable, no refunds are available.
- Merchandise Sold “As is” or “Clearance” or “Floor Model” are FINAL and will not be eligible for warranty, exchange, allowance, refund or service.
- Extended warranties cannot be sold with merchandise purchased “As is”; those posted in error will be refunded.
- All claims of defect must be received in writing within 48 hours of pickup or delivery and will be reviewed and if approved it will at our discretion be repaired or replacement. The above stated warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective product at the option of Savvy Living Furniture.
Special Note: Buyer agrees to waive all charge backs and disputes against credit card charges due to the risk of harm that a cancellation may cause to KidsRoom.VIP.
If you wish to exchange your order for a different item you can reorder and schedule a new drop-off date. However, after signing the invoice, all exchanges must be made within 24 hours and are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Any item(s) already used/assembled or without factory packaging does not qualify for the exchange/refund policy. All boxes and wrappings must be opened correctly. Please do not rip, tear or trash any boxes/wrappings until you are satisfied with your products. In-case of a return/exchange you must have the boxes/wrappings in the same condition as received. Note that mattresses are an exception. If a mattress plastic cover has been removed, it cannot be exchanged. All items must be in the original factory packaging as it was received. A representative will schedule an exchange of the items at the next available opportunity.
If you are not satisfied with your item after receiving and signing for it and you simply wish to refund your purchase instead of exchanging for another piece, you must notify KidsRoom.VIP within 24 hours of the invoice date. Your purchase will be refunded minus a 35% restocking fee. Please note that all items must be returned in the manner they were received and in the original factory packaging. Any item(s) already used/assembled or without factory packaging does not qualify for the exchange/refund policy. All boxes and wrappings must be opened correctly. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition.
Built to order sofas and sectionals are non refundable.
Floor models are all final sale and non refundable.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances and under no legal or equitable theory, whether in tort, contract, strict liability or otherwise, shall KidsRoom.VIP or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, directors, officers, agents, vendors, manufacturers or suppliers be liable to you or to any other person for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses or damages of any nature arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Site, including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, work stoppage, accuracy of results, or computer failure or malfunction, even if an authorized representative KidsRoom.VIP has been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such damages. In no event will KidsRoom.VIP be liable for any damages in excess of the fees paid by you in connection with your use of the Site during the six (6) month period proceeding the date on which the claim arose.
IN AGRREEING TO ARBITRATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU AND KIDSROOM.VIP IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE OVER MERCHANDISE OR FEES CHARGED, EACH OF US IS GIVING UP THE RIGHT TO HAVE THE DISPUTE DECIDED IN A COURT OF LAW BEFORE A JUDGE OR JURY AND INSTEAD YOU AND KIDSROOM.VIP ARE ACCEPTING THE — USE OF ARBITRATION FOR RESOLUTION. YOU AND KIDSROOM.VIP WILL PAY EQUALLY FOR THE ARBITRATION SERVICES.
By signing,and/or making payment on a product, this Agreement, You are acknowledging receipt of the Agreement which discloses KidsRoom.VIP Terms, conditions, and policies. You understand this Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between You and KidsRoom.VIP and may only be amended by a change order signed by You and KidsRoom.VIP (or by Professional or its authorized representative on KidsRoom.VIP’s behalf). This Agreement supersedes all prior written or verbal agreements or representations made by KidsRoom.VIP, Professional, You, or anyone else. Except as set forth in this Agreement, You agree there are no oral or written representations or inducements express or implied, in any way conditioning this Agreement, and You expressly disclaim their existence. Do not sign if blank or incomplete. By signing and or purchasing, you acknowledge that You have read, understand, and accept this agreement in its entirety. You further acknowledge receiving a complete copy. Keep it to protect Your legal rights.
Use of Site
All materials, including images, text, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, programs, music clips or downloads, video clips and written and other materials that are part of the Site (collectively, the “Contents”) are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Site for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded Content is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce (except for personal use as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Site or any related software. All software used on the Site is the property of KidsRoom.VIP or its suppliers and/or manufacturers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The Contents and software on the Site may be used only as a shopping resource. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance, of the Contents on the Site is strictly prohibited.
By approving your final invoice and submitting payment for items you’ve ordered, you are acknowledging that you have accepted the purchase of those items within the terms and conditions as follows.
When you place your order online you will receive an order confirmation email and confirmation number within 24 hours. It is to confirm that your order has gone through. If you do not receive your order confirmation after 24 hours, please contact us through the “Contact Us” form or call us at (949) 945-7680. We will contact you within 24 hours Monday-Friday to let you know if the item is available and to quote you a shipping price if necessary.
Every effort is made to provide high quality images and measurement to assist you in choosing your furniture. However, images at times vary in color depending on a number of factors, including your monitor color settings, the photo’s color settings, and your room lighting. If you need precise dimensions or colors, contact KidsRoom.VIP. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error free.
KidsRoom.VIP is not responsible for any possible changes in inventory at vendor warehouses. We cannot guarantee that a given item is in stock or that the arrival dates of furniture given to us by vendor are guaranteed to a timeline. We will however work closely with our purchase department to make sure your order is shipped as soon as possible if you choose to keep your items on back-order.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
KidsRoom.VIP and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if KidsRoom.VIP believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of KidsRoom.VIP and its subsidiaries.
